The Pear Room

On the main floor, our Pear Room is a lovely, tranquil green with a natural cork floor. French doors open to a private porch under the chestnut tree and to pear orchard beyond. You have a twin/king bed with individual adjustments and massage controls for outstanding comfort. There are two easy chairs for relaxing and planning your Okanagan day. The slate tiled bathroom/shower is wheelchair accessible.

Outside, you have a private screened-in porch where you can relax with your morning coffee, share space with deer and pheasants and listen to the birds gossiping in the Chestnut tree. Or you may want to stretch out on the bed-sized bench for contemplation. You may even fall asleep.

Enjoy the age-old beauty of this rural setting and the clucking of hens welcoming the day and producing fresh eggs for breakfast.

 

The Plum Room

Upstairs, the plum room is a lively sky-blue colour with a panorama of green from windows on three sides. Take in the plum and pear orchard, the wonderful variety of trees, the flower gardens and Black Angus at pasture. From the comfort of your window seat you can see the lake through the top branches of the Chestnut tree. You have an exceptionally comfortable queen sized four-poster bed, a two part bathroom with the shower separate from the toilet and vanity. The adjacent study has a double sofa bed, becoming a connecting, additional space for families.

Heating and air-conditioning are independent systems under your control. Pull the sunshade blinds and rest in airy contentment.
